How do I return an item?

IN ORDER TO DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, YOU MUST FIRST E-MAIL AND REQUEST AN "RMA #" or a "Return Merchandise Authorization #". SHOULD YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

All Returns & Exchanges MUST BE RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.

Sunglasses are NOT returnable items. They may be exchanged for the same exact color & style only if they have a manufacturer defect.

All Returns & Exchanges must be in the same condition and packaging that the product was in originally when given to the customer. If the product appears to have been installed in any way or fashion, a return/exchange will not be permitted, and the customer will have to make the necessary arrangements to get the package back including paying for any shipping fees.

All Returns & Exchanges must be accompanied by a sheet of paper explaining why the product is being returned or exchanged or the Return/Exchange will not be permitted. The piece of paper must have the all contact information for the Card holder that purchased the product specifically which would include the following information:

Full First, Middle and Last Name
Valid Contact Phone Number
Street Address that Order Shipped to
Last Four Digits of the Card Number
Credit Card CVV2 # (Three digit # on the back of the card)

Without the above information we will be unable to process a refund.

NOTE: All Returns are subject to a 20% or $5 Re-Stocking Fee, which ever is greater, and All shipping Fees are Non-Refundable including any shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise. If the order received "Free Shipping" with a special offer, and the order then fails to meet the special offer requirement for the "Free Shipping" due to the refund , correct shipping fees will then be taken out of the amount of the refund.
